Today is the Taste of Salt Spring event, 3 to 5 p.m., with a feast of samples from the kitchens of Salt Spring's great chefs. Food and wine tasting ticket $15, from Visitor Info Centre, Harbour House Hotel, and Salt Spring Air. A part of the Blossom Festival Weekend,
From noon to 5 p.m., the Blossom Party is located at Harbour House Hotel's Orchard Room...free presentations (Ikebana Flower Arranging, Japanese Landscape Design, piano music by oh so talented Don Conley, collaborative peace banner weaving), and wine tastings.
