At this time of year, and especially with the very unusual "real winter" weather that afflicted Salt Spring Island and the Southern Gulf Islands between December 15th and 27th (yes, that was over a foot of snow at sea level, on the 22nd!), it's nice to remember summer.
All that snow was inconvenient, of course, as coastal communities are ill prepared for a "real Canadian winter" pattern, but it was also exceptionally beautiful!
During the wintry days, it's nice to remember the blue and shimmer of high summer, too! This terrific waterfront property, with a brand new dock and two oceanside decks in place, and a stalwart panabode cottage/home and double garage to enjoy right now, and a great building site for a new home in the future, offers a lot of pleasure.
