Some January thoughts....


Beach
Keep on keeping on...the 15 minute walk, daily...the dinner plate that's heavy on the vegetables...the enjoyment of black coffee (it's not meant to be smothered in cream & toppings...it's a drink & not a dessert!)...the gentle stretching of hatha yoga...the journey of flexibility & healthy eating choices is accomplished one step at a time.

How about the feeding of the mind by choosing to read a book over watching t.v.? What about learning the conversational basics of a new language? Perhaps this recreates our neural pathways?

One step at a time...one week at a time...and suddenly there you are, with new habits in place & a lighter you. Still time for those meaningful resolutions!
