School's in, tomorrow!
Pay attention to those 30 km hr speed signs...remember that the kids are excited and distracted, so not paying attention to you!
The corner of Lower Ganges and Rainbow Roads is of special notice...the middle and senior school students who commute by school boat, from the other nearby Gulf Islands, use this route...they are not paying attention to you, in the car!
Rainbow Road has turned out to be a busy street...elementary, middle, and senior schools pick-up and drop-off...school boat commuters wandering on the no-sidewalk street...co-op gas station customers...Windsor Plywood lumber yard...indoor pool facility....that's a lot of people using one road in and out, on the edge of a Village with no traffic light!
Maybe needs to be one-way? A real traffic light? Something...and your thoughts are? Always welcome!
