Drifting & dreaming from late Fall to early Winter....

Fall on Salt Spring Island

The Fall days are easing towards Winter...golden leaves, Maples, Alders, Willows, drift across roads, the Park, heaping against field fencing...like captured sun.

It's a time to read that latest good book, to catch up on PBS Brit comedies, to remember to walk that 15 minutes a day, to sort out the office, to create the biz plan for the following year, to do something unexpected (sign up for Spanish lessons at night school?) to keep the grey cells perking along...a fallow field moment, a space of time to drop inwards and to recharge/renew....

Seasons are our friend and the more severe beauty of late Fall into early Winter encourages us to pare down, to enjoy that cocooning moment with our "nearest and dearest", to dream a little about new beginnings in the nearby New Year.

And your thoughts are? Always welcome....
