This is the time of year to enjoy gardens...whether your own or someone else's labour of love!
As a realtor in a country environment, I'm very lucky...get to wander the exterior spaces when showing a property, and sometimes those gardens rival public options! And it is a labour of love, absolutely!
Whether an easy care display, such as this well planted bedding arrangement (the owner works, so doesn't have a lot of time to spend on upkeep), or a rose arbour, or a veggie garden "self-sustainer", or...well, as many styles of gardens as there are people, I suppose.
Personally, I'm drawn to those spilly English Country charmers, rather than to the severely arranged French styles. I can be inspired by a Japanese rock garden, but would still be more inclined to the white picket fence, roses massing, delphiniums parading....
