Fall....harvest time....

Property Photo

Here's a view over Fulford Harbour, on Salt Spring Island, towards Pender and Saturna Islands, with Mt. Baker's majesty just visible on the horizon...the ferry that goes from Victoria to Vancouver is also in view.    Such a beautiful area I now call "home"!

No matter where we live, though, there will be some magical and inspiring vista...I can remember how nice it was to sip a cappucino in one of the coffee spots, in Vancouver, down near the Bayshore Hotel, on the edge of Stanley Park, and to gaze across the Harbour there towards North Vancouver and the Lower Mainland mountains....

In the Fall season, harvest time, it's good to sit and ponder where we've "been", and where we're "going" as the year winds down.     It's not really about keeping score, but simply a recognition of the path we struck back in January.

Pay attention to Nature...it does have messages for us, and in the fruition time, if we don't feel we've had enough of a harvest, then we can take that fallow field moment to think about "next steps".

Some things to do:  exercise three times a week, add more veggies to your diet, get enough sleep, take some coaching (how about Active Rain University??), keep a positive attitude as that allows the Universe to deliver positivity to us....the old story, right?   We get back what we send out!

And your thoughts are?   Always welcome....

How may I help you to discover special Salt Spring Island & the Southern Gulf Islands?   Call me!
