This is the Canadian Thanksgiving Day...a time for reflection and appreciation of the many gifts in our lives.
We are living in a time of global shift, with changes that are truly life altering...technology is the driver of most of this change, of course. Agitation occurs when there is no roadmap, as we can truly feel "lost".
Always good to take a pause, on this kind of benchmark day, and to remember the many good things that occur all around us, every minute, if we will only allow ourselves to "see".
In the middle of the turkey and the guests, of the including of those who are alone and would welcome an invitation to a feast, take five for ourselves, withdraw to recharge...my special "thoughtful space" looks a lot like this, no matter the time of year, on any sunny day.
I know I'm very lucky indeed, and that's just one of the things on my "thankful list".
